SUMMARY:Performance "Minor Marital Crimes"
DESCRIPTION:BUY A TICKET\n\nA Love Detective\n\nZilis wakes up in a hospital with a ban
daged head and amnesia. A beautiful woman enters his room claiming she is L
iza - his wife\, and Žilis - her husband.\nLiza takes Žilis home and begi
ns to tell the story of their life together\, which he doesn't remember at
all!\n\nThus begins an intellectual duel between these two people\, a labyr
inth of relationships\, traps of memories. Who is lying? Or maybe both? The
longer they talk\, the more layers unfold: tenderness becomes threatening\
, and humor - a masked attack. Dialogues work like a chess game where truth
changes with every sentence.\n\nWhat is love? Can it be recreated? Perhaps
marriage is a creative process where spouses seek to recreate each other?
Or perhaps - a murderers' alliance?\nShmitt combines philosophical question
s with everyday details\, masterfully combining erotic play\, black humor a
nd psychological intrigue.\n\n***\n\nDirector OLEGAS ŠAPOŠNIKOVAS (LV)\,
being also a professional psychologist\, creates a deeply grounded and moti
vated stage action.\n\nA charismatic duo of actors VALDA BIČKUTĖ and VYTA
UTAS RUMŠIS (jr.) impressively convey the complex experiences of the chara
cters.\n\nSet designer MARIJUS JACOVSKIS and costume designer JUOZAS VALENT
A created a recognizable yet aesthetically stylized space for the performan
 ce.\n\nBased on Éric-Emmanuel Shmitt's "MINOR MARITAL CRIMES"\nDoors open:
