DESCRIPTION:Implementing the cooperation project between Lithuania and Latvia\, the Tyt
 uvėnai Cultural Center invites Latvian children and youth to discover trad
 itional culture through music\, dance\, singing\, crafts\, and joint activi
 ties. The cultural center's teams will not only encourage learning about et
 hnic culture but also seek similarities\, communicate\, and share experienc
 es. On October 17\, there will be two concert performances in Riga: at 11 A
 M at the social welfare center "Mežciems"\, Malienas iela 3A\, Riga\, and 
 for Latvian Lithuanians at the Riga Lithuanian Secondary School\, Bultu 5\,
