 3:00 we invite you to a warm and meaningful evening at Pasvalio kultūros c
 entras\, dedicated to one of the brightest Lithuanian poets – Justinas Ma
 rcinkevičius. The concert will feature songs created to his verses – bot
 h well-known and beloved by the audience\, as well as rarely heard or compl
 etely new works\, created by composers Galina Savinienė\, Giedrius Kuprevi
 čius\, Benjaminas Gorbulskis\, Gintautas Tautkus\, Laimis Vilkončius and 
 other authors. For more than two decades\, we have constantly returned to t
 he works of Justinas Marcinkevičius in our concerts\, so this evening will
  be not only a journey of music\, but also of personal memories and reflect
 ions. We will share thoughts about the poet\, the meaning of his work and i
 ts place in our lives\, about how his verses matured in our hearts and on s
 tage through long years of communion with listeners. Singer Liudas Mikalaus
 kas conveys the poetry of J. Marcinkevičius with particular sensitivity an
 d impact\, and pianist Beata Vingraitė has been connected to the poet's wo
 rk by a close bond formed since childhood. This collaboration brings except
 ional sincerity and authenticity to the concert. To commemorate the fifteen
 th anniversary of the poet's death\, we released a vinyl record featuring o
 nly songs created to the texts of Justinas Marcinkevičius. During the conc
 ert\, we will not only present this special publication to Lithuanian liste
 ners\, but also invite you to hear the poet's words once more\, words that 
 speak today about man\, love\, homeland and hope. Participants: Liudas Mika
