SUMMARY:Benefit Concert "Goodness is Never Too Much"
DESCRIPTION:Today we celebrate the feast of St. Francis – St. Francis of Assisi Day. 
 As we know\, St. Francis was distinguished by humility\, prayer\, obedience
  and good works. This year is special. We commemorate 800 years since St. F
 rancis served God – a man who devoted himself to God and people. This eve
 ning is special also because everything takes place here\, in Kretinga. Kre
 tinga is home to caring people who came up with an initiative – to help r
 estore the Men's House of the Reconciliation Homestead of Pakutuvėnai Pari
 sh\, consumed by fire half a year ago. Believe me\, dozens of Lithuanian me
 n found shelter and a second life in that house. It may sound painful\, but
  they were dead in soul and spirit... However\, with the help of a priest\,
  Franciscan brother Gediminas Numgaudis\, and the community residing in "Pa
 kūta"\, they rose to a second life – a life without alcohol\, drugs\, ga
 mbling and other addictions. "Pakūta" is a place in Žemaitija\, near Plun
 gė. For more than 30 years\, Franciscan brothers have served here together
  with lay people. Active parish life takes place\, people seeking help are 
 received\, various events and evangelization are organized. The community u
 nder Franciscan care creates homes where everyone who comes can meet the li
 ving God – our Lord Jesus Christ. In this place\, serving God and people\
 , four communities unite: Franciscan brothers\, Pakutuvėnai Parish\, Recon
 ciliation Homestead and the "Shalom" community. The fact that you are purch
