Venue: Marijampolės kultūros centras, Vilkaviškio g. 2, Marijampolė We invite you to the presentation of the new book “He Desires Our Heart: A Look at Blessed Jurgis Matulaitis’s Spiritual Conferences” in Marijampolė – an evening dedicated to becoming acquainted with the spiritual legacy of Blessed Jurgis Matulaitis. This publication features for the first time a large portion of Blessed Jurgis Matulaitis’s spiritual conferences – texts of recollections, lectures and sermons that have been preserved in archives in Rome and Poland for many years. During the evening: Sister Viktorija Plečkaitytė of the Sisters of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary will tell the story of how the book was compiled. Sister Viktorija will be interviewed by deacon Saulius Andriuška. Excerpts from the book will be read by actress Dalia Michelevičiūtė.
