When the end of summer smells of ripe rye, when the fiddles of grasshoppers still sound in the meadows, and folk music brings people together – it is time for the XXII Republican Folk Music Kapelė Festival “Girkalnio griežynė 2026”! This year’s “Griežynė” is special – we dedicate it to the 100th anniversary of Lithuanian Radio.
